Built around his signature “enter-train-ment” style (51% education, 49% having a blast), Sam’s sessions blend real-life dealership grit with consumer psychology, time management, and leadership that sticks. From the sales floor to the corporate stage, Sam’s experience with understanding people drives every strategy he teaches.

John Greene brings three decades of retail wisdom and serious industry credidbiilty. With leadership roles at Lemco, Thunderbird Harley-Davidson, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and LeadHelm, John’s specialty is connecting the dots between branding, operations, and digital sales. He’s a go-to expert in organizational health, financial analysis, and team dynamics, and he delivers every insight with the clarity of someone who’s been in the trenches.

Andrew Hayes is passionate about helping people and organizations grow and achieve long-term excellence. He’s built and led successful businesses in the education space and now serves as Head of School at Ambleside Colorado. Andrew thrives at the intersection of potential and purpose, helping individuals and companies align with what really matters. His leadership style is grounded, visionary, and deeply human. Andrew holds a Masters in Nonprofit Administration and a BA in History from the University of Notre Dame.

Kristen Mahlin is a coach, a catalyst, and a master of organizational energy. Through her company CoachCraft, Kristen helps teams level up through sharper communication, stronger leadership, and a healthier culture. With roots in HR, the Colorado Judicial Department, and federal and nonprofit sectors, her coaching is practical, compassionate, and laser-focused on performance.
